This privacy policy informs you pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR about the processing of personal data on ics-media.at.

1. Controller

2. Hosting and access data

This website and all images, videos and fonts are delivered by Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia, EU). When you visit, Bunny processes technically necessary log data: IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer and user agent. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and fast operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To speed up delivery, copies of files may be cached on servers outside the EU; Bunny uses the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for this. Bunny privacy policy: https://bunny.net/privacy

3. Videos

The short video clips on this site are stored on our own Bunny.net storage and load without any third party once they scroll into view. No additional data is collected.

4. Fonts

The typeface is hosted on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other font provider is made.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or marketing tools, which is why there is no cookie banner.

6. Contact form, email and phone

If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process your details (name, email, optionally company, phone, topic, budget range and message) to handle the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Form data is forwarded to our mailbox via the automation service Make (Celonis Inc., One World Trade Center, New York, USA, and subsidiaries) and stored there. Make processes the data in its European zone eu1.make.com; for possible transfers to the USA, Make relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact office@ics-media.at. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
